ionCube not installed error [cPanel]

The error means that ion cube loader isn’t available for the PHP. To enable it, we would be needing WHM access (root-access).

In case you don’t have the WHM access to the server and only user cPanel account then you would need to contact your hosting provider. If you are BaseZap customer then you can reach us out at technical@basezap.com from your registered BaseZap Email.

For people with WHM access, follow these simple steps discussed below with screenshots :

  1. Login to WHM.
  2. Search for Tweak Settings in the left search bar and click it.

  3. Tap on PHP Tab and find a checkbox for ioncube as in below screenshot.

  4. Tick ioncube and press the save button. It should show the output as below screenshot.

With these simple steps we have enabled ioncube loader on cPanel based Server.
